Sykes offers two types of construction methods in our racing sculls:

• Honeycomb Carbon Composite
• Honeycomb Kevlar Composite

We have recently introduced some new inclusions in our Honeycomb Carbon Composite Single Sculls (top of the range) boats that reinforce the standard of Sykes sculls.

We have replaced the timber foot stretcher supports and keel with a fully moulded carbon fiber type.  The carbon fibre version is more asthetically pleasing and also neatly conceals any NK wiring looms that you may have installed in the boat.  As standard, we now supply and fit a NK SpeedCoach wiring loom with our Carbon Composite Honeycomb sculls; we also supply as standard, a wing rigger cover to protect your rigger during storage and transport.

Sykes Racing believe that our boats offer the highest standard and quality of workmanship.  To endorse this, we now offer a five year warranty on our range of racing sculls (Honeycomb Carbon Composite and Honeycomb Kevlar) for material and workmanship defects.
