In this issue we have very exciting news on the Innovation front.
We have entered a strategic partnership with BONT Rowing who will become the exclusive supplier of shoes for all Sykes boats. This relationship has been in discussion for some time now and we are proud to announce that effective 1 January 2022 we will use BONT shoes as the primary option in all our boats.
BONT shoes come in 3 new models all of which include excellent design, industry leading technology and second-to-none functionality. And to cap it all off, BONT shoes in Sykes boats will be in our new customised green and gold colours. Just another improvement we are making to our whole offering so that no one will doubt our industry leading credentials on all fronts!
BR3 – previously known as the PBR3, this entry level shoe will retail for $149 including GST. This is substantially cheaper than our current Sykes shoe and will be offered standard in all Accelerators and Initiators.
BR2 – previously known as the PBR2, this mid-tier shoe will retail for $249 including GST. This shoe will come standard in all Sykes Elite racing boats.
BR1 – previously known as PBR1, this premium shoe incorporating the BOA tightening mechanism will retail for $289 including GST. This premium option is offered as an upgrade option on any boat.
