From simple box moulds to complicated 18 metre hull shapes, Sykes has the expertise to produce a mould for any application you desire.

Taking a design straight from our CAD department (or yours!), Sykes can produce identical plugs (or moulds) directly using our 5 Axis CNC accurate to 4 microns. From there, we can sand, spray and coat all moulds ensuring perfect surfaces for all your composite manufacturing requirements.

Sykes can even build the metal framework to support your mould using our in-house Metalshop fabrication abilities. With the ability to with on moulds of all sizes, with experience from small concrete plug moulds to 35 foot pleasure cruisers, we have the experience you need.
